Win installer "corrupted"

I already have ActivePython, ImageMagick, and bmp2tbmp installed, and the viewer app is installed on my handheld and working. WindowsXP Pro is the platform that I am trying to do this on.

When I try to run the Win plucker_desktop_setup.exe, I get the error message:

"The setup files are corrupted. Please obtain a new copy of the program."

I have downloaded the file from this link twice with the same result:

http://downloads.plkr.org/1.2/plucker_desktop_setup.exe

Do I need to go to "command" and run the file from the Python directory or something like that?

A Windows "Installerpackage" is mentioned in the plucker-doc, but there is no link to it from the Download page unless "plucker_desktop_setup.exe" is the same thing.

"Requirements" for Windows are described differently in the FAQ and plucker-doc.
