Don't use that version of plucker on the Tungsten, as it doesn't directly support any OS5 devices. Instead download the latest version from hires.plkr.org Since you already have the 1.2 hires version installed, you will also need to download cleaner_en.prc from the site as well. Run it (and press the buttons, etc) before you run the new version of the viewer on your device.
