It relies on whatever Mail conduit you have set up. You'll notice
that the mail messages go into your MailDb.pdb file, which is tied to the
Palm 'Mail' application. You have to enable the conduit on the desktop side
(and perform whatever configuration it requires, including setting the
proper SMTP server, etc.) and then sync. Plucker doesn't do anything at all
with the "sending" of the email. It simply adds an "outgoing message" to
your existing Mail application's database.
