If the user can download and install the documents (.PDB file: Palm DataBase), they can download and install the viewer also. The Viewer and Zlib are 2 PRC files (.PRC). Both .PRC and .PDB files get registered by the standard Palm Software as a file type, the user just downloads them somewhere, and double clicks on the icon and it is installed to the user of their choice. No extra HotSyncing software is needed, the regular Palm Software is used correctly. If you are not compressing the documents with ZLIB compression (using DOC compression instead), then you don't need to distribute the ZLIB. Note too that there is a high-res and low-res viewer, as well as many translations.
