I just talked to the mainline developers, and the featureis
unimplemented at this time. When/if we move to the newer version (some of my
patches are in it), it should be implemented. Making sure we don't lose
metadata is important, so we're staying on the safe side, and not running
the latest bleeding-edge CVS copy of the bugtracker software.

It's on the TODO list for the Mantis developers. When they implement
it and say it's ready to test, I'll roll it out in a test capacity on the
server and see if it works.
