Last step in replacing Avantgo

I am in the last step in replacing Avantgo, which is a 1M+ program on my TT! (including Avantgo, Libmal & Mobile???)
The only 2 channel remains is CNET News.com and My Yahoo.

Q1: Does anyone know the URL for News.com Avantgo Channel?
Q2: Is it possible to login My Yahoo and download the channel with plucker?
