Hi all,
I use the linux crontab to tell Plucker to build some pages for me every
week. Then I want to have the .pdb files wait for the next sync to get
installed, so I have a "gpilot-install-file --later plucker.pdb" line at
the end of my script.
At the time of the execution, I receive a mail telling me the script has
been executed, but I have a GTK Warning at the end of the message (can't
open display). I don't have any gpilotd running and the file doesn't get
installed.
The weird thing is that my script works if I call it form the
command-line... gpilotd starts and my files are installed on the next
sync...
As far as I have a USB-based PDA, I can't use pilot-xfer -i to install
files later, because the pilot port is dynamically created and
pilot-xfer would return an error if it can't detect the port.
Do you guys have an idea? What kind of thing do you commonly use with
Plucker?
Thanks,
Alex
