Browser button for plucker

I'd like to be able to add a channel directly from my Browser (perferably Netscape). I'd like to be able to create a button that would essentially open plucker and add the currently viewed page to plucker and put me in the configure channel dialog so I can check depth etc. are reasonable.

Anyone know if this would this possible - easy, difficult, very difficult?
If anyone has done this I'd appreciate instuctions on how to go about it.
