No need to get all excited, this is a known bug :) On hires.plkr.org, it's the fifth point on the Known Issues section: "After viewing a document and leaving the program, any concurrent loads of the viewer on OS5 devices will always go straight to the library. This was done to prevent a crash on these devices which I still need to figure out why its happening. I currently have a Tungsten sitting on my desk, and was attempting to fix up Known Issue #4 (dealing with fullscreen images goofing up) right when you sent your message.
