TXT didn't have an "Advanced" button on my Win2k box. It told me that it
had been customized. The "Advanced" button didn't appear until after I
hit the "Restore" button, and the Plucker settings were already there. I
had to edit the "open" box" to add quotes around the %1 in order to make
emacs work again....

Thanks for this advice. It allowed me to fix the problem and it'll come
in handy in the future, I'm sure.
