I think that allowing multiple destination will only confuse people. However, you can create multiple conversion profiles with identical settings, except for the destination. If you have more than one profile JPluck X will display a selection dialog. The downside is that images are recreated for each profile even though they are the same bit depth. Since image generation takes quite some time this may become an issue if you have a lot of image data. Using multiple conversion profiles is meant primarily for document publishing. This way you can generate optimized versions of a single document for a range of devices in one go. For instance DOC compression and 1bpp for older devices and ZLIB/16bpp for newer color devices.
