I've only used Jpluck and the windows desktop, so I haven't had to play with the command options. I thought tables would be formatted by default if they were added :) Looking at the desktop app, I can't see anywhere you can enable tables, or even a textbox to add command line options. I assume this means I need to delve into command line plucker to get the advantage of tables?
