It appears to be. 
In W95, if an app tries to draw the window at 3000,3000 it will automatically correct 
itself, 
and it will just draw in the middle of the current viewport. 
I guess after 8 years, the monitors are now big enough that 3000,3000 might be 
possible, so it 
is now allowed.

The code is written and ready for the tray icon. It will be merged into CVS with the 
OSX code 
for the similar is completed.
