While it's not freeware, I'm using Fonts4TT, which is available from
PalmGear.com.  It provides two appreciably smaller fonts:  Handera and
Handera Bold (I use the latter).  Yeah, it's a shareware program, but I'm
impatient and $8 isn't that much of a burden for a useful program.

Plus/minus, it's all or nothing.  It replaces the standard font for every
program I have, unlike FontHack123 which I could use selectively....  I
haven't had any problems with Fonts4TT, while FontHack123 gave me some
rendering bugs under Plucker on my m505.
