Hi all, This seems like the only place I can send feedback about Plucker, sorry if this is the wrong place.
Anyway firstly, thanks for an absolutely fabulous piece of software. The Windows desktop and Palm app are extremely well designed and very effective. But I had significant problems with the web site (including being able to send this feedback - there were no 'central' email addresses available). As a new user it was very hard for me to get started: I clicked on the Windows link on the home page. Microsoft site?! That's useful. Oh, maybe it's in downloads. In downloads. Looks promising. What do I want to download? There's Plucker Desktop on the left. But there's also Plucker Desktop on the right. Or do I just want the plucker reader? "Plucker Desktop is a GUI interface for configuring your Plucker content. " So do I need to download other stuff as well? Hmm. I'm no dumb user (I design computer systems), but I found the process on the web site completely incommensurate with the great experience I've had subsequently with the software.
