JPluck 2 has not been integrated with the conduit yet, so you have to convert all PDBs beforehand. IOW, the conduit does not invoke JPluck 2 when converting sites during HotSync, it still uses JPluck 0.9. If you try it out you'll see that the PDBs generated by JPluck 2 end up in the same directory as those generated by JPluck 0.9.
