Thanks, I didn't know this behavior.
Anyway, this will end up in situation with many jre subdirectiories... (two JPlucks, jEdit, ...)
Maybe you may include an option into conduit settings (perhaps something like edit box with "other options"?)

What should I set to use JPluck and JRE 1.4.1?
I know that I can use -jre parameter for exe wrapper... but what
about conduit? There is no -jre parameter to be set...

Copy the 1.4 JRE to the JPluck subdirectory. The simplest way to do this is
to copy the entire "jre" subdirectory from the JDK.

The EXE wrappers look for the subdirectory "jre" (relative to their own
path), and invoke Java from there. The JPluck 0.9 JRE distribution works
this way.
