You can download them to try them out, from http://desktop.plkr.org.
The OSX version is a proper OSX application. The OSX version uses Jaguar (10.2), nothing else is needed, you just drag it from the drive image and click to start going. You can send your info to the Palm, or to a Palm's SD memory card (If you have OSX and a Sony MemoryStick, and want to be able to send to MemoryStick, then send me an email).
Included are the 1.4 beta viewers including the hires ones (the setup wizard sorts out which things to install, by asking whether you have a hires device).
The changelog of features and improvements is quick thick, as this was several months of toil (partial list is below).
Comments welcomed. Please place feature/bug reports in the bug tracker though instead of in the mail-list threads, so they can be better managed.
An RPM for Linux and other POSIX-systems, is also available, but an issue with the pause-for-USB-devices needs to be sorted out first before it is ready for primetime.
