I am using the Plucker Email Reflector to pluck documents. I seem to have a problem as photos come in looking like they were rendered with only a few colors, as evidenced their by blotchy shading. I tried to change the bit settings in both the template and the viewer (version 1.2) with no luck. Am I doing something wrong or is this a result of the 8 bit setting in the template? I expect to start using the desktop when I have a chance (really)!
I also suggest you might set a overridable default for the MAXIMUM document size of the pler template. I have inadvertently plucked some really big files before getting the hang of using the restrictions. Probably wasted a fair amount of bandwidth in the process.
