Palm Installation Help Please

Just a newbie flailing about trying to get this to work, anybody help me please? I've just downloaded and installed the latest version of plucker, the desktop side looks to be working ok but I'm having real problems with the palm side of it. Every time I try to run either plucker or the user guide on the pda I get "Fatal Alert Field68K.c, Line:253, Form object (field) not found. I've been through the documentation back to front, am I missing something? Its a Palm Tungsten T if that makes any difference.   Rich
