It should respond almost immediately (the longest I've seen is about
7 minutes total, for a HUGE fetch). Are you sure your mailserver isn't
causing the delays?
Searching the mail logs for your username, I see 246 separate mails
going to you. Does that sound about right?
When you DO get the mail, at the bottom, there is a Duration field.
What does it report? Seconds? Minutes? Hours? Once the fetch is completed
(i.e. the duration is calculated and the mail sent out into the queue), it
just tries to send it to you... and if there's a delivery problem, it will
re-queue, and resend, up to 5 days, until it gets through or gives up.
Try sending a 'help' request to pler, and see how long it takes.
