OSX changes: ------------ - Image parser key added so that images get parsed correctly. - Install to SD card works on non-English systems.
MSW changes:

- Annoying 'locale cannot be set' warning should be removed for en_US systems.
- Install/uninstall version text set to 1.4 not 1.2
- Included Palm viewers corrected (noteably non-hires ones are smaller).
