I use two machines as well. On one of them (the linux one), I run a web server and keep my configuration file in my public_html directory. I make all changes there. On my other box, I've set up a script to run wget to get the files. It's a Win2K box so I've added it to the task scheduler to run periodically, and I've got a shortcut on my desktop so I can conveniently double-click and sync up if I've made recent changes.... It's easiest with JPluck, as you only need to keep your .jxl files in sync between the two systems. It's probably possible with other Plucker Going the other way is more annoying as I'd have to sftp the files back.... wget for windows is available in cygwin (http://www.cygwin.com/) or in UnxUtils (http://unxutils.sourceforge.net/) -alan -- Alan Hoyle - [EMAIL PROTECTED] - http://www.alanhoyle.com/ "I don't want the world, I just want your half." -TMBG Get Horizontal, Play Ultimate. _______________________________________________ plucker-list mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://lists.rubberchicken.org/mailman/listinfo/plucker-list
