Hi Joann, Are we talking about Linux here? If so, you have to use pilot-mailsync in order to get that to work (http://wissrech.iam.uni-bonn.de/people/garcke/pms/). Otherwise, if you're looking for an Outlook / Windows conduit, you'll have to get the Chapura software (if I recall correctly).
