cgi and Tables

Using HTTrack (http://www.httrack.com/) I have finally be able to pluck cgi generated airline schedules.  Most of these are all displayed in tables and when plucked come over as a single column of data which is not readable.  Has anyone worked around a way to pluck tables?  Many thanks.
