Hi all. I started this thread on the sitescooper list, but I thought
this part of it might be more appropriate here. Sorry for the
'cross-posting' anybody mught experience.

I run sitescooper on a remote *bsd box, command line only. My
intention is to have my desired pages scooped for me on a regular
basis (every couple of hours or so), so the hotsync on my pc doesn't
take too long.

Now, for the last couple of weeks I've been using sitescooper with the
options of -mhtml & -nodates which build a nice set of prebuilt pages
that I can just point my plucker desktop to. But plucker still needs
to download and convert the pages, which takes a while.

So, I started trying out the other sitescooper format options, none of
which I've tried so far come with the sitescooper tarball. I'm
interested mainly in the doc & plucker ones (-doc & -mplucker), but
I've been unsuccessful in finding the makedoc or plucker-build
utilities for unix.

Thru a suggestion made by someone on the sitescooper list, I managed
to find a link to the 1.4 beta POSIX packages from this announcement:

http://lists.rubberchicken.org/pipermail/plucker-announce/2003-May/000006.html

but I couldn't find a link from the main plucker site. Is This the
latest version? I've downloaded the doc & parser tarballs & will
search thru them to figure out how & what to install to get the
plucker-build utility working. Unless of course there's an easier way?

Thanks.
