It's in the manual and online docs. Create the cookie file in Mozilla or equivalent and point JPluck at it from the Preferences screen. Mozilla generally puts this in a cookies.txt file in your home directory (which, in Windows, is something like...
C:\Documents and Settings\--username--\Application Data\Mozilla\Profiles\default\--random number--.slt\cookies.txt )
This allows you to log into the sites you want cookies stored for and make a copy of that file for JPluck.
