I'm behind a firewall, with no access to poke holes in it as recommended by the bittorrent FAQ. As a result, torrent just doesn't work.
Why is there no "plain download" version of 1.4.0.2. The link http://downloads.plkr.org/1.4/plucker_desktop-1.4.0.2.zip just redirects to http://torrents.plkr.org/plucker_desktop-1.4.0.2.zip.torrent and the mirror link ( http://downloads.hideho.org/plucker/1.4/plucker_desktop-1.4.0.2.zip ) is a 404.
