Is this legal to redistribute? I don't think this piece of work is
in the public domain yet. I just searched the web for a bit, and didn't find
any confirmation that it was appropriate to redistribute or convert and make
public for others. Does anyone else know yay or nay on that?

Did you get Bruce's permission to redistribute this? I'm sure he
would love to have a nice clean, modified version in Plucker format on his
download page, but I'd check with him first (and let us know here, what his
response is). We don't want him upset with the Plucker project and users
because his work was reposted without his consent.
