Is not a JPilot plugin but have you tried plucker-desktop
(plucker-builder/phyton) or jplucker (java)?. It mantains a list of
sites to convert to plucker format and uses pilot-xfer (pilot-link) to
upload the pdbs. Why do it the windows way when you can just transfer
the pdbs without having to sync all the other databases :)
