AccuWeather's PDA site seems inconsistent, even when it works. It seems to need cookies for anything below the main forecast screen. I use jPluck, which supports cookies, to pluck:

Normally I get a satellite and radar image but the specific image I get seems to vary from day to day and I sometimes get nothing. AvantGo uses a different URL for their images (you can see this by comparing the radar image from the above URL with AvantGo's image). And it may be more consistently maintained although I've had AvantGo come up with nothing or with a dot sized image which can't be expanded. Hope this helps.
