        Yes, and that's how Plucker worked, originally, back in 1997/1998.

        Create a file, home.html (or whatever-you-want.html) and put your
links to the sites you want to see inside it. You can use the same/similar
commands in the construction of the HREF in your home.html file, to limit or
add options. For example:

        <a href="http://news.bbc.co.uk/low/english/pda";
           bpp="4" maxdepth="1"
           staybelow="http://news.bbc.co.uk/low/english/pda";
           stayonhost>BBC News</a>
