Using JPluck I have not been able to convert a few RSS sites. When I copy the link to the clipboard, JPluck detects it, and even downloads the feed's info from the site. But as soon as I try to convert it I get a message: "[07:57:58] SEVERE: Lockergnome Tech News Watch: could not load starting URI http://lockergnome.com/rss/news.php. Document cannot be generated."
