It appears to be possible with JPluck (version 2.0.9a) rather than the Plucker Desktop - see http://jpluck.sourceforge.net/ I have gone down to level 6 and am currently at about page 6500 of 16000, with the "total" count increasing all the time. I suspect this could run for a couple of hours more ... I suspect the success might also be due to my running Linux and having 1GB of RAM plus a 2Mb/sec broadband connection! (The various flavours of Windows, in my experience, tend to throw a fit on doing "massive anything").
