Hi,

I just released JPluck 2.1. More info in the News section[1].

Well done, and a funny jpluck story to help it on its way.

About a week ago someone, waving a PalmOS machine of some description, interrupted me on the train to work ("a most un-English thing to do", as he said - train journeys here are normally accompanied by a funereal silence) to ask what I was reading the news on. I said it was www.plkr.org and the news was grabbed by jpluck.sourceforge.net (to paraphrase greatly!).

A couple of days he spotted me again and noted that both applications were excellent and that jpluck was one of the best Java applications he had ever used.

It turned out that the man worked for Microsoft, so that is a compliment indeed :)
