I'm running JPluck v2.0.9, with a jxl file which
contains about ten channels.  I do have cache enabled
for all channels.  Most of the channels are updated
once a day, a few of the channels are also updated a
second time during the day.  Even if I update one of
the channels though at any given time, I still get
excess HD activity.  I also don't have a good
understanding of the benefits of using the cache. 
Please let me know if any other information would be
helpful.  Thanks.
