I'm running JPluck v2.0.9, with a jxl file which contains about ten channels. I do have cache enabled for all channels. Most of the channels are updated once a day, a few of the channels are also updated a second time during the day. Even if I update one of the channels though at any given time, I still get excess HD activity. I also don't have a good understanding of the benefits of using the cache. Please let me know if any other information would be helpful. Thanks.
