I solved my own problem. Just in case someone else might benefit, here is the resoultion.   I re-read the info in the posting (http://bugs.plkr.org/bug_view_page.php?bug_id=979) and realized that in addition to the CVS snapshot of the viewer, I needed to install both of the following files:   1. AppSlipRotate.prc 2. StatusBarLib.prc   Once I installed these files the fix worked like a charm and I'm very grateful to pruss for doing the work in Plucker. It's beautiful.   I had a problem getting the files from red-mercury.com but was able to get them at http://www.chapura.com/T3/ which is one of the many hits I got when I searched on AppSlipRotate.prc at google.com   Thanks, Mike Mogitz
