As best I can tell, there was an attempt to write a java version starting with jython (python under java), and that was part of it. I have no idea how far it got. The subdirectory PyParser (and its own subdirectories, and whatever comes with the standard python install) are the only python files you need. Whether it works with 1.5, I'm not sure -- but I know you don't need the JIU* files; I don't use them.
