I've found a properly-mirrored copy (NOT on esr's site), and
corrected it. You can fetch it from the same location as the original. It is
about 8x larger, because it contains all of the missing content and images.
If there are others you'd like to see up there, let me know. I was
hoping, a few years ago, that the samples page would be a jump site for all
manner of categorized ebooks, websites, and so on.. but nobody contributed.
