I use Mac OS X and don't have Plucker Desktop or even Palm Desktop for Mac installed; I use Drag'n'Tooth (http://www.ecamm.com/) to transfer files to the appropriate directory (/Palm/Programs/Plucker) on the SD card using Bluetooth and they are picked up by Plucker.
