I am not sure how you want suggestions formatted so I will just put them in the body of the email.
Incidentally, Plucker_Manual.sgml is in cvs.. if anyone wants to help (and can grok SGML, I do this all by hand), send me changes that way, either as a unified diff, or by sending me a modified version of Plucker_Manual.sgml that I can compare to my master copy.
Okay I only got part-way through aa.html, I decided I should make sure that this is what you are looking for before I keep going. Also could you please tell me what format you would like my suggestions in...possibly a diff file?
