Are you sure you're using the current version?
(If so, I'm embarrassed that I didn't squash

This is complaining that it doesn't know how
to fetch the page. Usually, this was because
an URL was written "www.example.com" instead
of "http//www.example.com" and it wasn't smart
enough to guess the scheme (http:) portion.
