1) Do you know what directory you are installing them to? (My first guess is that it is a directory that Plucker is not searching)

2) Can you see them on the SD card? (You can use a program like Filez (open source, free from NoSleep Software - you get get it from PalmGear) to browse the files on your SD card to make sure they actually got there)
And yes, I can see them on the SD card. My laptop has an SD slot so I can see and copy files directly from the computer to the SD Card. I have tried both manually copying and pasting as well as using the Palm Install tool.
