Go to http://envicon.com/e/pinstall/pinstall.html and download Pilot
Install.
PInstall is a freeware replament for the standard Palm Install tool. It can
install to RAM (default) or expansion card. Hotsync Manager does not have
to be running.
Drag and drop the viewer and syszlib to it, and hotsync.
Thanks, very quick response.
What viewer and syszlib?
c:\Program Files\Plucker contains these files
context-menu-convert.bat
exclusionlist.txt
home.html
Plucker Desktop.lnk
plucker.ini
and these directories
channels
doc
parser
plucker_conduit
plucker_desktop
uninstall
but nothing that appears to be viewer or syszlib or
a variant thereof.
Yet http://www.plkr.org.nyud.net:8090/dl says
"Plucker Desktop includes the viewer, the distiller,
documentation, and a full GUI to configure your content."
If I understand that correctly, installing plucker desktop
put all that stuff on this pc. But where on this pc is the
viewer and its necessary support files (syszlib and whatever
else it needs)?
