seems i'm having a hard time subscribing to your list - still i hope this message will make it
here's the problem:i'm trying to install Medimento, a sortof french medical e-textbook, on my palm - Medimento was originally written only for PocketPc, and there is a palm version but written for Isilo.
now the isilo version works just fine on my palm except i'd like to run Medimento without having to buy isilo...
to do that, i installed plucker and tried to convert the filees (html) written for PocketPc, downloaded on my comp (=Winxp)
at this stage, all worked fine with retrieval by "breadth first", depth at 1, and 2, except it was not enough, lots of links weren't parsed. when i put depth higher than that, it started workin for hours and hours and then it blocked.
as i put retrieval "depth first", it parsed okay at the depth i chose but at the end gave IndexError: string index out of range. and it created no file.
does anyone know about this error? and what can be done?
or is it possible to convert directly from isilo format to plucker? (that'd be great)
