Unless I'm misunderstanding the request, it's already there. I'm using version 1.8 of the hires viewer. If I click on a hyperlink in a plucker document that was not downloaded, then I get a dialog that displays the URL along with a message that its content was not downloaded and 3 buttons: Back, which takes me back to the plucker document; Copy URL, which copies the URL to a memo, and Go online, which opens the link in Blazer. Do you not get this behavior, or are you looking for something different?
