I seem to have lost the ability to install documents into categories. All documents go into "unfiled" category.
Palm Zire 31, Plucker v1.8 (just updated to try to solve the problem). Plucker Desktop 1.6.2.0 (the most current) on a Win XP Pro system. I have a category IH in which I have 2 documents. Both of those documents do get updated, but I can't seem to get anything else to go into that category (or in any other newly created category). In the Plucker Desktop 1.6.2.0 when I configure a document that I want to install, I select "Output Options" I check the box: "Specify the category....." I fill in the space with the name of the category. I select OK. I update the channel. I've tried creating the category in the palm first, and conversely not creating a category first. Please, am I missing something? I know categories does work for people because I see discussions about them.
