Try burning a data cd with mp3 files on the disc and see if that works
in your car stereo

Bump. No one knows anything about this? I will drop it if no
responses this time.

I have tried making an audio CD from a playlist in both RB and
Banshee. Both seem to do it despite the clunky interface.
* But both seem to record the wrong textual descriptions (song
names, etc) or not record them at all.
* Upon insertion of the recorded audio CD, RB shows wrong
information while Banshee reports (probably correctly) that
it was unable to read the metadata.
* Both will play it fine in either player, Windows Media
Player, the Toshiba CD changer in my entertainment center.
* But neither will play in my car stereo (stock Cadillac
player from 2005). They give initialization errors and eject.
Any ideas how to make RB or Banshee record valid text data? Or
why they don't play nice in the car?
