We are going to visit the wonderful world of Denial of Service techniques. We will play with TCP/IP SYN and go through various scripts against Apache, IIS, and other services to show why anyone could benefit from their use (coupled with SSL and DNS Cache poisoning).
We will also look at http://phrack.org/search.html for fun and educational purposes. We also are waiting expectantly for the Defcon 19 Presentation videos which we have obtained. We will be presenting the Best of Defcon 19, every 2nd Wednesday in Tempe at Maker Bench throughout the next year.
