It has worked from some providers the whole time (notably Cox). It
looks like you just happen to be checking from one that works.
I still can't get to it from any of the locations that I have access to
that haven't worked the whole time. I would say that even if it does
recover, there is little chance that they will recover from such an
extended outage.
